Try a unique printing technique with instructor Kim Gordon. She will teach you how to use gelatin as your plate for printing, instead of copper or wood. Water-soluble paints and a number of shapes and grasses to mask, a gentle touch of the paper, and pull the paper up to reveal a surprising image. The prints are art in their own right but make a great starting place for further printmaking, bookbinding, collage, drawing and multimedia, or to make cards. Experience this art form on Sun., Apr. 28, from 12 - 3pm.
